The biodiversity of this Mythic Land is stunning, with a surprise awaiting around every corner. Blue Morpho butterflies dance all around us, monkeys swing in the trees, parrots speak in mid-flight, dragonflies land on our fingers, huge harry tarantulas live in the garden and each day insects of florescent colors with unique shapes make their presence known. While walking up the path from The Eye a venomous snake slept on a tree limb. Its marking were gorgeous. Mother nature has welcomed us here to create a beautiful, safe environment to share with all who come with pure intentions. We chose to take the life of this serpent as the jaguar energy protects his home, in full respect and love for its life. We will honor him by using the skin to drape the future journal of Tierra Mitica.
